  1. Complete Srilanak’s first and largest Huawei 2MWh BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) project product delivery, Installation, commissioning, and Troubleshooting.2. Complete the 100MW IPP project in Bangladesh. Start from Product delivery, Installation, commissioning, and Troubleshooting. Also dealing with any kind of maintenance support to the customers on-site and remotely.3. Complete Bangladesh's first and largest container-based 8MWh Huawei BESS project product delivery, Installation, commissioning, and Troubleshooting. Could you work with the SCADA team to integrate the system with the existing power plant?4. Supervising project engineering process, including kick-off meeting, hardware and software supervision, and acceptance test. 5. Onsite support for site survey, installation, or commissioning when necessary. 6. Commissioning, improvement of the troubleshooting, intervention on-site when necessary Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process. 7. Responsible for Hotline support. 8. Responsible for technical support service to customers or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team. 9. Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that customers or local subcontractors can't solve according to SLA. 10. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, Monitoring the quality of on-site Monitoring, updating Quality analysis, and improving processes. 11. Supports the architectural aspects of all digital plant application projects.
