- To grow existing business and bring on-board New to Bank (NTBs) along with generating additional Foreign Trade Income.- Ensure timely processing of client requests and liaise with Risk Management & Shariah for swift approvals with shortest Turn Around Time (TAT) while conducting in-depth Financial and Industry Analysis and forecast future patterns for anticipating future growth areas.- Liaise with Client, Trade department, Shariah, Operations, Treasury, Credit and Risk for smooth processing of transactions, and resolve any and all documentation related discrepancies. - Prepare credit proposals, Shariah Process Flows, memos & office notes and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the prospective customers to assess their credit-worthiness as well as the risk / return dynamics of the transaction.- Finalize facility structure in consultation with the client and bank’s credit authorities- Ensure compliance of State Bank of Pakistan Prudential Regulations & Bank’s Credit Policy- Ensure smooth completion of pre & post disbursement formalities including all relevant agreements- Currently handling portfolio of approximately PKR 2,500 million which includes client from Textile, Pharmaceutical, Construction, Meat Sector.

- To assist Unit-Head in pursuing growth strategy by tapping NTB business and grow existing portfolio. - To boost Net Interest Income (NII) and Non Funded Income (NFI) by ensuring utilization of maximum funded advances lines and increasing international trade business volume respectively.- To prepare credit proposals, memos & office notes for approval purposes and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of the prospective customers to assess their credit-worthiness as well as the risk / return dynamics of the transaction- To conduct in-depth Financial and Industry Analysis and forecast future patterns for anticipating future growth areas.- To finalize facility structure in consultation with the team and other bank’s credit authorities- To ensure compliance of SBP Prudential Regulations & Bank’s Credit Policy- To ensure smooth completion of pre & post disbursement formalities including all relevant agreements- Other tasks assigned by line manager meant to perform by a Relationship Manager.- Currently handling a corporate asset portfolio of PKR 12.50 billion (Equivalent to USD 80 Mn) which includes clients from Auto Industry, Steel, Equity, Construction, Rice, Pharmaceutical and Textile Sector.

- Leading process of building strong business relationships with corporate clients and bring new clients on board.- Prepare, review and ensure timely submission of credit proposals to bank’s credit committee in accordance with bank’s credit policies and procedures for approval and/or renewal of credit facilities.- Conduct in-depth analysis of the financial statements to understand customer's business model and financing needs as well as to assess the level of credit risk.- To ensure that all regulation of the Bank along with State Bank of Pakistan are being followed and no violation is being made either by the Bank or the Client.- Facilitating, structuring and executing Loan Disbursement, international trade transactions and financing for export and import, including contracts, LCs, and Bank Guarantees.- Ensure timely disbursement to the customer as per approved and agreed credit lines- Execution of corporate portfolio transactions in liaison with bank’s treasury, foreign trade department, operations & credit administration department.- Maintaining MIS and monthly reporting of “Branch – Corporate Portfolio” to Upper Management and monitor individual client's portfolio performance.- Currently working with large corporate clients belonging to Textile, Cement, Pharmaceutical, Sugar and Leather sector.

- Assisted in Financial and Credit Analysis of potential Clients- Assessing overall Credit Eligibility of Corporate Customers and recommend the case to Higherr Management- Liaison with Corporate/SME to assess their day to day operational, credit requirement and other correspondence- Preparing of Credit Line Proposal for review of Credit Department- Ensure timely disbursement to the customer as per approved and agreed credit lines- Scrutinizing of Import/Export Sight LC and Usance LC, Contracts, Direct payments and other Trade related documents aiding to assist client in proper documentation as per SBP regulation.- Processing for Lodgement and retirement of Foreign Trade Documents- Issuance and Certification of E-forms- Acting to facilitate clients in every product available from the Bank for corporate clients to ensure maintenance of strong business relationship.- Processing of Advance payments, Foreign and Local Documents- Maintaining MIS and monthly reporting of “Branch – Corporate Portfolio” to Higher Management.

1) Checking of NOSTRO accounts on daily basis for any foreign Remittance received 2) Intimating Customer about proceeds pertaining to them 3) Settlement of Export Bills/Loans 4) Credit Customer account against Advance Payment MT-103 received 5) Surrendering of Advance Payment documents to SBP 6) Submission of EDS to SBP within 72 hours 7) Routing on Foreign Agent Commission upon Customer Requests 8) Issuance of Annexure - A to customer for rebate claims from customs 9) Settlement of bills through RTGS and issuance of NOC to customer for transfer of Documents 10) Scrutinizing of export documents for any discrepancy and disbursement of export loans to customer

- Manage Corporate and SME Client Portfolio- Provide Financial Advisory and solutions to clients depending on their needs- Assessing financial stability of clients and provide matching facilities- Manage effective relations with the client along with back office (such as. Treasury, Trade, Shariah, Credit and CAD)- Specialize in Core Islamic Banking Products

-Reviewing Various customer Insurance policy and discrepancies in the application.-Sending letter of thanks and other greetings to new and prevailing customers.-Merging of data of expired policies and updated new ones.-Courier of merchandising over pan Pakistan for marketing activities in new Branches opened.
