Creating a social media content strategy for the upcoming 2020/2021 season, working alongside of the social media team to increase club memberships, and supporter interests and engagement. Achieving this through producing content such as videos, graphics and posters to be used through all social media pages. Furthermore, organising club events for the wider community to partake in and get involved with the club

Discovered I had a passion in photography and videography. Taught myself various Adobe applications including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator. I have created videos and posters for clients and I am currently understanding the fundamentals of UX/UI design so I can further widen my creative skills. Below are samples of my work; a highlight rugby game video and a music video that I directed, filmed and edited.

Tutor 8-18 year olds in Maths and science up to A level standard. Also tutor grammar school hopefuls in 11+.

I create a memorable experience for customer and achieve their satisfaction, which aided in generating significant revenue. I assess store needs in terms of target sales and accordingly improve customer interactions skills to achieve best possible outcome for customer and store. I gather deep insight of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for professional development. I orchestrate and host parties with groups of 5-30 people from varied age groups within the agreed timeframe and budget. Key Achievements: § Increased 85% success rate on stores bonus club scheme as well as 55% success rate on stores Gift Card Bonus promotion by promoting products as well as creating a memorable experience for customer. § Optimized sales and surpassed daily sales targets through upselling majority of party packages using various techniques.

Volunteering at Heartlands hospital in response to the COVID-19 outbreak and contributing in improving patient experience by providing extra assistance to patients and staff within the hospitals

Assisted the Head of departments (Science and Maths) in targeting underperforming pupils and analysing their academic data to find trends in their exam performance and put in key strategies to boost up their final GCSE grades. Organised and delivered focused lessons for struggling students to build up their confidence and technique when tackling exam questions and enabling them to understand the content better using a structured approach.Key Achievement: Students achieving 1 or 2 grades higher in their final mock examinations before the COVID-19 break; surpassing expectations and their minimum target grades Equipping students with the necessary tools to be able to use Mathematics in their everyday lives, and be confident in doing so.

I have worked as a team mentor for NCS every summer since I participated in the programme. Since 2013 I have gone up in ranks beginning as a participant before volunteering as an associate mentor and then as a Team mentor. I have always had a passion of empowering people around me especially young people to recognise their position in society and use that to become better active citizens in an ever changing world. As a Team Mentor I delivered the NCS curriculum and provided the participants with the tools and opportunities to come out of their comfort zone and grow as young adults.
