Current- Handling the escalation cases in JIRA platform and documenting.
- Conducting pre-investigations on issues, classifying them, and assigning them to relevant teams to gain time and keep platforms healthy.
- Maintaining communication with teams, stakeholders and partners until the resolution of issues.
- Creating dashboards and keep them healthy to collect data for bi-weekly meetings.
- Collaborating with global teams for effective problem-solving and training topics which can be related to feature development or common pain points.
- Serving as Incident Watchmen and Manager, monitoring critical service metrics and taking immediate action during incidents and creating postmortems to prevent such issues to occur again.
