I have active experience in Project Management, Digital Transformation, Retail, Energy (Retail Sales/Lubricants Production and Marketing/Fleet Solutions/Commercial Fuels/Energy and Gas/Natural Gas and Oil Exploration/Aviation), Electricity Distribution, Renewable Energy, Tourism, Education, Food, Automotive, Automation and Information Technologies, field operations management and financial management, purchasing, research and development, marketing and sales.I actively took part of ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Canias and Logo and managed the related projects. I worked actively in areas such as 200 million USD budget management, direct management of a 200 person (over750) central management team, simultaneous work with arround 100 suppliers, Contract Management, Marketing Strategy Development. The product developed in one of these projects was deemed worthy of the Creativity in Technology Solutions award from TESID's Innovation Award. I managed the project and technical operation of 40,000 customers, 750,000 vehicles refueling and an 800% increase in annual sales volume of 400 million TL.I managed the processes of Knorr Bremse (SAP), OMV / Petrol Ofisi (Oracle & SAP in Retail Business), Shell Turcas / Aksoy Holding and Kadoil (LOGO) dealer network communication (B2B), product order structure, stock management (WMS), invoice processes, account reconciliations. I ensured the performance increase in the processes with the dealers and the digitalization of the business processes. In this way, financial advantages were provided in product management, cash flow and monitoring of payment processes. Besides these projects; The commissioning of customer portals, which include loyalty projects that allow direct connection with the end customer, and the e-commerce (B2C) processes involved in these projects have been successfully completed. Integrated with these projects, CRM projects have also been completed.During all my duties, basic modernization of IT and OT infrastructures of related companies, cloud transition projects, Security Projects (SOC, SIEM, NOC, PAM, VPN, 2FA, DLP, MDM, etc.) have been successfully carried out.Especially; In the projects I manage in the IT Company I work in the UK and in addition to the Biltim Computer company, which is part of the Colakoglu Group (Turkish Economy Bank, Colakoglu Metalurji etc.); I would also like to state that I had the opportunity to gain successful experiences in serving companies in different sectors, in project design, proposal and sales process, project management, commissioning and final acceptance processes.
