Co-founded and managed Avolio Industries Ltd., the leading avocado oil manufacturer in Uganda.- Established and managed an avocado oil company with an annual turnover of 4.5 million USD, processing 75 tons of fruit per day and producing 88 tons of oil monthly. - Identified an opportunity to establish an avocado oil manufacturing facility in Uganda through leading a feasibility study and conducting extensive field research to assess fruit availability and oil content.- Selected an optimal site for the factory, negotiated favourable lease terms, and oversaw the establishment of the facility. - Supervised the creation of all branding and marketing materials, including the website and social media pages.- Solicited bids from production line suppliers, negotiated contracts, and made informed decisions on equipment procurement and installation. - Successfully and managed a core team of 22 permanent employees and over 240 daily workers.- Designed the organizational structure of the company, developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implemented checks and balances.- Spearheaded the licensing process and established strong positive relationships with government authorities.- Negotiated sales contracts, securing advance sales agreements one year in advance. - Directed day-to-day operations and identified opportunities for diversifying product lines using waste materials.

Co-founded Texacore in Dubai in September 2007, later opening offices in Amman, Jordan in 2009 and Kampala, Uganda in 2019.
