Mr. Altalib is a Chief Consultant and Project Manager in Leidos’s Management Consulting and Organizational Effectiveness Practice. He has over 20 years of combined experience in management consulting, instructional system design, training development, knowledge management, business process re-engineering and change management. He is an achievement-focused professional with a record of superior performance who has helped a multitude of private sector and government organizations achieve significant performance improvements and gain efficiencies through training implementations, process improvement, organizational assessments, and knowledge management systems. As a domain expert Mr. Altalib has authored a number of articles and white papers in the field and has been published in the Performance Improvement Journal published by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). Mr. Altalib currently holds an MBA from Georgetown University and an M.Ed. in Instructional System Design and Curriculum Development from George Mason University. Mr. Altalib has successfully managed and delivered a number of management consulting engagements and training and development projects involving the analysis, design, development, evaluation and implementation of blended learning, web-based and face to face training solutions. He has also successfully managed the development of knowledge portals, job aids, task simulations, and performance support tools that enhance the dissemination of an organization’s expertise, knowledge and capabilities.
