A Shopify Plus store selling Italian menswear.Major tasks performed:- Built site features using Liquid, Javascript, HTML and CSS from Figma mockups.- Built backend server in Ruby on Rails to handle Klaviyo and Mailchimp API requests.- Built Shopify store for only European customers and setup geolocation functionality to redirect European users to that store.- Worked with other dev and UI/X designer to build the optimal website for our users.- Improved site speed and page load time of the site allowing faster load time for our users.- Setup development workflow and version control system using Git.- Helped manage, configure and maintain the many Shopify apps the store used.- Help teach other developer and content creators on the team.

- Improve customer support efficiency by building administrative tools using Ruby on Rails to debug/solve common customer issues. Such as a custom code repository where customer support can save, edit, read and update commonly used code.- Improved the accessibility of widgets by making them comply with WCAG 2.0 Level A standards. Making them more accessible to people with disabilities.- Add widget automation support for twenty Shopify themes using knowledge of Shopify liquid, HTML and CSS. So widgets will be automatically added to the merchants Shopify theme on installation.

- Customize widgets on merchants Shopify themes according to customer requests using HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery/Shopify Liquid- Support users of the app on various eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) by explaining and recommending settings.

- Help build Mathematics curriculum for Grade 9 students.- Create lesson plans and teach Mathematics to Grade 9 students.
