The job role focused on setting up & streamlining the Technology Operations are of the Branchless banking portfolio. This included setting up of teams, processes & its associated supporting technology.During this role, easypaisa saw phenomenal growth which required setting up of a very mature Operations team which is available for support & incident resolution 24x7. This also included in-sourcing & setup of of the Services Operations Center along with all tools & technology for observability of the stack. Technology stack for observability included tools like Elastic Stack, Nagios, Grafana, open source ITSM tools etc.The technology stack included in-house solutions as well as supplier based ones, including Ericsson Wallet Platform & A+ Stack built by Ant Financials.From June 2019 onwards during this tenure, I was also assigned the responsibility of the complete Technology infrastructure which included on-prem setup, private cloud, bank wide database administration (including core banking) & complete network eco-system.
