Responsible for overseeing the IT operations of the company in alignment with the organization's business objectives and future vision. I lead the creative team assigned with the task of creating web & mobile solutions tailored to the requirements of our customers consisting of medium to large organizations. I also manage the infrastructure team that maintains the company's network, servers and private cloud on Azure.

Leader of ECnet creative team consisting of a talented mix of graphic designers and software developers. One of my main objectives in this role was to help reform the company's vision and push towards a more successful business model focusing on e-commerce, mobile apps and SaaS products instead of the traditional ERP model. This resulted in planting the seeds for projects such as: CrediMax, BFC and KFH mobile apps, Mallats e-commerce platform and the migration to SaaS model for our ERP software.

Worked as a founding member of the creative team responsible for designing, developing and maintaining websites and mobile applications for our company and our customers. Some of my responsibilities include:- Design and implementation of web based systems using PHP & MySQL and mobilebased applications using Java & Objective-C along with any necessary SDK and/or API.- Gather and analyze requirements, produce technical designs, create database schemas and provide technical support for production workloads.Some of my achievements include:- Developing a flexible multilingual content management system (CMS) allowing our customers to manage their website menus and content effortlessly. The system is equipped with a permission module, workflow module, analytics module and social media module. It's now used as the core of the marketing system for Optimum ERP.- Designing and developing of the new portal for Jaffaria Waqf Directorate with a stunning Islamic design that matches with their identity and mission. It provides visitors with detailed guides to all their services, history, mosques and other associated real estates (Waqfs). It also provides mosques and clerics with the ability to manage their own pages on the portal to ease the process of managing the content.- Designing and developing of the new portal for Bahrain Bayan School. It provides visitors with detailed information about the school, allows parents to interactively submit their children's application form and pay for their children's tuition fees.
