Experienced in Telemarketing for about 2 years, studied General Hotel Department & worked in the hotel industry has helped me towards viewing things from a different perspective. Not only are we able to sell the products but also negotiate or deal with the customers. When I worked at the hotel, I had not only an additional task at the Hotel I work with to welcoming the guests at the cocktail party held by the Hotel and listening to the input/ideas/complaints that might be brought by guests but also taught English to the staff once a week to boost their English speaking skill. I also run my own YouTube channel (Hotel Reviews) to boost my confidence & enhance my public speaking skill or being confident on camera. However, I believe those skills correlate with each other with the job I am doing recently. In addition, I think that the more new things we learn, the more good opportunities will come.
