I worked at Lund Protein Production Platform (LP3) which is a core facility of Lund University for production of recombinant proteins where I was responsible to run the insect cell laboratory including maintenance of cell lines (Sf9, Hi5), virus production, protein production from insect cells and some method development. I also produced proteins from E.coli and used analysis methods such as PCR,spectrophotometry, SDS-PAGE, Western blot, and protein purification with LC-chromatography (ÄKTA chromatography systems).
