Bu sürede üretim kısmında hiyerarşik yapının oluşturulması.. kalite süreçlerinin geliştirilmesi... yeni ürün üretimlerine geçilmesi.. firma bünyesinde ihtiyaç olan bazı makinelerin üretilmesi.. QDMS takiplerinin oluşturulması gibi süreçler ele alınmıştır.(Yapılan çalışmalar Koskep kapsamında yapılmıştır)

I am responsibel to manage lots of project in company. There are finished projects. For example; server system and network project, production area layout project, stock area improving project. Also several project is continuing as a MRP and ERP projects.

I worked in company as part time project engineer. In my working duration, we made several projects in production area. These projects are made with participation of university teachers. One of the biggest project was about safety stock optimization. Company produces 3 million washing machine baskets for per year with 600 workers but stock area is only for 10 000 basket. however with these project we use safety stock optimization programs gams, for making useful we make excel optimization. As a result project is achive %73 better instant demand return and safety stock is become optimize with less safety stock cost.

I worked in company as a part time project engineer. However 8000 workers works in company, error rate is only 1.7 at per million products. In my working duration, I joined several project and I learned project administration that is one of the best thing for my experience. Moreover I had lots of education in Bosch about production systems like kanban, kajuka, production chats, stock area organizations and organization schema. Also I take notes about detail of all production systems.Also I made myself improving project for company in my working period which is about foam soap instead of liquid soap. This project save 350 000 tl / per year and foam soap is more healthy and ecoist.

I made my last intership in Arçelik Eskisehir factory. 3 million refrigerators are produced by Arçelik in per year in the factory. I work in all of these part of company therefore I take general infornmations about these production. Also I take notes about detail for saving experinces.

In my first internship I was in head office of bank which is credibility department. These department examine and determine company credit demands which are more than 4 million tl. Therefore in this intern I learnt investigation of company financial accounts and deciding period of this credits.
