Roles and Responsibilities: • Requirement analysis and defining testing scope during sprint planning and refinements.• Translating every requirement into test cases covering all edge cases, making sure that feature is platform independent and backward compatible.• Clearly log, track and communicate the bugs with comprehendible steps to reproduce on Azure DevOps.• Work closely with product owner and subject matter expert throughout the sprint to ensure the testing of user story coincides with the acceptance criteria.• Execution of high concurrency load tests with Apache JMeter for our online appointment booking system of telemedicine and COVID-19 vaccinations.• Provide suggestions to improve workflows for better user experience and usability.• Work with onsite and offshore team to streamline their priorities and remove any roadblocks to entertain level 3 support.• Onboarding and training of new team members on QA skill set and business domain of CureMD application.• Performance evaluation and goal setting of newly trained members on Workday.Areas of expertise in Health Care domain:1.
