• Develop strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.• Give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives.• Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders• Review performance of all departments on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.• Assess product development strategy, quarterly priority meetings, status reports, new products, development expense etc.• Collaborates with the board to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop strategies for achieving that vision • Creates annual operating plans that support strategic direction set by the board and correlate with annual operating budgets; submits annual plans to the board for approval• Develops and monitors strategies for ensuring the long-term financial viability of the organization • Develops future leadership within the organization• Promotes a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and rewards productivity • Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.• Assures that the organization and its mission, programs, and services are consistently presented in a strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.• Oversee foreign operations to include evaluating operating and financial performance.
