Coordinates the LACE team in order to accelerate the transformation into product orientation. Within the new position the main scope will be to focus on structured guidelines, methods and collaboration. In addition to implementation of agile transformation mindset focusing on value, taking end-to-end responsibility, creating concepts for (Lean) Portfolio Management, being customer oriented and entrepreneurial thinking assets and also facilitate trainings in this regards will be main subjects. To keep up with the fast pace of change, this team will improve common collaboration while benefiting from the frameworks such as SAFe.* Facilitate Product Orientation and Customer Centric Solutions and actively realize strategic targets * Enable the agile organization and set standards & implement SAFe working model * Safeguard consistent learning of the organization on agile methodologies* Consulting and shaping IT Lean Agile Transformation: Authority regarding the technical requirements of the solutions* Create Purchase Order in order to allocate budget for required software developments, * Support on supplier selection, Stakeholder management, respectively acceptance/negotiation on business unit demands relevant to Mercedes IT standards of operations and security strategies. * Project management and resolving conflicts occurring due to project timeline dependencies, Management on budget & planning.

• Scrum Master; Help the agile team for season calendar management,• Management of agile transformation and specify requirements for it. • Projects management; identify project steps and lead the devoleoment team for implementation and organization of UAT sessions, • Digital product management as Product Owner by looking into customer needs,• Working on UX/UI projects with partners for our digital product• End to end follow up of the projects• Discover Kaizen Points with the teams who is doing the job,• Develop new in-systems to create better communication between departments,• Virtual Management Board design and become coach to teams for using it,• Consulting the team about lean management principles such as VSM applications, 5S eg.• Data analysis about customer feedbacks and reporting for management• Making process flow diagrams and VSM on Ensemble, MS Visio• Defining and following critical KPI's and manage action plans for bad and good results.• Making performans visible, preparing KPI follow up dashboards on Power BI.• Masterdata audit for each quarter.
