- Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that deliveries.- Ensure targets are properly set for objective and KPIs- support the maintenance- Support the implementation and maintenance of performance management- Support the implementation and maintenance of the job standardization- Support Continuous Improvement - Report the Financial Benefits of Operations Management System- Track and manage OMS culture dashboard, providing visibility to site manager and site leaders.

- Conducting projects in order to improve and develop all process in an operation.- Following and performing the development of process improvement and operational management systems- Creating and updating project plans according to Depict methodology about ongoing projects- Performing time and method study by observing operation's business process.
