Throughout my training period at Hammouri&Partners, I have gained experience from working in corporate department as I have been involved in incorporating new companies (LCC, Ltd, Plc and nonoperating companies). As well as IP law matters, registering international trademarks. I have been involved in major multinational M&A transactions, engaged in providing legal advices and representation on the corporate structure and operations of foreign investments in Jordan, drafted and executed legal opinion for a leading international bank.Moreover, during my training, I had been assigned to work on extensive legal consultancies for large public shareholder companies, dealing with very broad legal issues. This ranges from arbitration and disputes consultations to international agreements, and legal consultations related to corporate law and FIDIC contracts.

Represented the University of Jordan at the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration Arabic global moot courts, and worked as a coach and as a claimant, the case was focused on the international convention of selling goods and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The competition enriched my International commercial laws and conventions knowledge, It also increased and strengthened my passion for international commercial arbitration.

During my internship at the Andersen law firm for two months , I have been assigned to work at the corporate commercial department, and I have done many legal duties and tasks, which increased my practical skills and enriched my legal information, and subsequently some of the tasks entrusted to me during the internship:• Register and amend company descriptions at the Investment Authority • Submitting the report of the Board of Directors, internal regulations, amendments and financial statements at the Companies Control Department • Completing trademark registration applications at the Ministry of Industry and trade • Visiting Social Security and registering beneficiary • Completing vocational training applications at the Jordanian Vocational Training Center • Visit the Ministry of Labor and the Income Tax Department Translating, • Auditing and amending international agreements and treaties and internal regulations of foreign companies.

Represented the University of Jordan and Jordan at the world largest moot courts competitions as an applicant at the Philip C. Jessup 2020 competition.
