I consider myself an organized and methodical person, able to take on challenges and achieve goals, creative when finding solutions and designing strategies, with management skills and service vocation. I am an electronic engineer by profession with skills in communication and international relations, I have a Master in Social Innovation and I have specialized courses in education, finance, public management for development and digital ecosystems. I like teaching and above all learning. I consider ICTs as an important ally in any process. I work for sustainable development, youth, international cooperation, digital transformation, global citizenship and the rights of people and Mother Earth.
