With over a decade of experience in academia, I am passionate about empowering learners of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their full potential and make positive contributions to their communities. As a career counselor at Lahore Grammar School, I design and deliver effective educational programs for students and teachers, using my MPhil in Educational Leadership and Administration and my skills in educational program design and interpersonal communication. I also provide personalized guidance and coaching to help students explore their academic and career interests, goals, and pathways.In addition to my role at Lahore Grammar School, I am the owner of Mashal by Mariam Hasan, an online platform that offers learning and development solutions for professionals and organizations. Through Mashal, I apply my MSc in Economics and my skills in conflict management, mind mapping, and HR to create and facilitate engaging and impactful training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various topics related to personal and professional growth. My mission is to inspire and enable learners to discover and pursue their passions, talents, and opportunities.
