As the vacuum engineer, I support the Vacuum Platform at VSE from HCL technology. I am responsible for the correct implementation of vacuum technology for the world leader of ion implant equipment.I worked with Cryopump technologies, Rough pumps, Turbomolecular pumps, chambers and complex valves. I do the internal reviews for all the vacuum project before deliver to the customer. Responsible for the design of the vacuum pump kit required for the ION IMPLANTATION tool.
