Communication Channels - manage Cycle & Carriage Singapore’s owned channels, i.e. social media, SMS, eDM, mobile alerts.4. New Business - launched Cycle & Carriage Singapore’s online business on popular eCommerce platforms and managed its own eShop; oversee store & product mgmt, inventory mgmt, sales & promotion mgmt, reporting & analytics.5. Customer Correspondence Unit - led the transformation of the correspondence unit, including putting in place several SOPs, process automations, reporting & monitoring systems with a high-performing team.6.
