I refined the project's procurement strategy and payment conditions, leading to the revival of construction progress for one of the packages comprising 130 villas. Overseeing four Project Management Teams with a total of 34 staff, I was responsible for constructing villas and infrastructure, ensuring logistical and operational efficiency while maintaining stringent quality and safety standards. With a substantial value of USD 1.1 billion, this project involved intricate infrastructure development on a natural mangrove habitat, including reclamation works and an elevated bridge over the seashore.
