o Supporting network performance issues of Turkcell’s core digital solutions (50+ million end users) such as Fizy, Lifebox, BiP and Turkcell TV+ o Responsible for the maintenance and development of Turkcell’s mobile IP&MPLS backbone network infrastructure to ensure network quality and increase customer experience. o Closely working with vendors (Cisco, Huawei, and Juniper) for the investigation of high severity alarms/logs. o Responsible for Legacy and Next Generation Data Center Operations (VXLAN, EVPN technologies)o Automating routine tasks by scripting and optimizing network infrastructure

• Responsible for issue handling of Huawei Equipment’s installed in Turkcell & Turkcell Superonline‘s Access & Datacom Network. • Huawei Case Management, Work a part of a team, and closely in liaison with GTAC. Escalation support for critical network network outages and complex network issues. • Preparing network documentations including physical and logical topologies, availability report, audit analysis reports • Developing proactive precautions to ensure 7x24x365 availability of TSOL network which carry subscriber critical services. • Product knowledge of Huawei NE40E X3&X8 Series Routers and CE12800 & S12700 & S9300 & S6300 & S5300 & S5300 & S3300 & S2300 Series Lan-Switches• Troubleshooting and Configuration experience of OSPF, BGP, L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS, P2P and Multicast Technologies.• Managing the customer relations by informing them with sending reports and organizing and attending meetings about top issues.• Reporting monthly installed-base report to Spare Part Department to increase availability of boards & sub-boards for emergency replacement.• Spare Part delivery management and operation support for board replacement.• On-site / Remote Upgrading of Huawei Equipments in Turkcell & Superonline’s Network• Risk analysis of Live Network by performing Network Health-Check by Huawei Smartkit tool.
