I am working at TAGI-KSA as an External Auditor and have carried out multiple audit engagements and special assignments during this period. In addition to my professional work in TAGI, I have always maintained a healthy professional relationship with my team as well as my clients. As an auditor at TAGI-KSA, I have performed the following tasks:- Reviewed, prepared and compiled the financial statements in accordance with the reporting frameworks comprising of IFRS and applicable local laws.- Prepared consolidated financial statements of a large group with a complex group structure.- Performed Risk and control assessment of major accounting processes, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and making recommendations for business and process improvements.- Performed project wise profitability analysis and provided recommendation towards loss making projects and processes.- Planned IFRS and local GAAP audits, led audits, conducted initial planning meetings with clients to understand and co-develop expectations and designed audit strategies in consultation with Engagement Partner.- Trained and coached junior members of the team and did their counseling & mentoring and provided timely feedbacks to ensure their professional development.- Prepared deliverables including audit and review reports, letters to those charged with governance, audit committee presentations and management letters.- Performed data analytics on corporate clients and worked on different reports like correlations, journal entries trend analysis, relationship analysis, cut-off, margin analysis etc., resulting in increased audit effectiveness, efficiency and better client relationships.
