* Perform all Kinds of inspections and loading supervision in accordance with SgT standards and Buyer's Requirements/ Specifications. * Prepare/issuing of field inspection reports based on actual findings and submit to Coordinator within 24 working hours ensuring full accuracy. * Maintaining SOP and buyer’s instructions/specifications and keeps up to date about inspection procedures and follow accordingly. * Accountable for any complaint/claim that may arise from relevant inspection. * Conduct Technical Audits & Give feed back to customer. * Follow-Up production & quality for specific customer.

Coach / Train / Drive Vendor Base on a 'Quality Embedded Value Chain' from Product Development until Bulk execution to Ensure Consumer Satisfaction.3. Influence Vendor Senior Management to adopt new Manufacturing & Quality Management Techniques that positively impact their manufacturing processes - Promote Change to evolve into an efficient.4. Ensure Apparel products meet or exceed customer, consumer, and governmental expectations and regulations through the application of preventatively-based quality processes and tools.5. Lead Implementation of Factory Assessment Program Provide a variety of solutions to accommodate the varied business needs and conditions, thus leading to specific sets of tailored decisions while determining the process enhancers, Continuous Improvement opportunities to deliver BEST IN CLASS product.6. Ensure Brand/Regions Expectations are delivered.7. Deliver Quality Readiness at a style level through an efficient VQA program.8. Advise Manufacturing teams on best practices, principles and standards for both individual products and overall bulk manufacturing processes.9. Manage Non Conformance Issue/ Customer Complaints resolution and Close the loop process.10. Participate and add value in Regional LO projects as required which impacts delivery of quality, safety & risk management.

• Maintain quality standard and rules and regulations for achieving the quality of the Garment.• Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.• Working with internal Quality teams to develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance mechanisms to ensure quality standards at all stages of the value chain. • First output review against the sample. Follow up first output garment measurement report.• Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.• If any style runs in more than one-line approved duplicate trim card for each line.• Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions.• Performing final inspection using AQL method.• Monitor production closely and provide technical support to ensure quality.• Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
