#Procurement:1. ABC segmentation of the inventory items and spare parts to optimize the inventory cost and applying pareto analysis and other TQM tools to resolve the bottleneck for high stock or hign inventory cost.2. Ensuring cost effective procurement for local or foreign items considering price, performance, supplier assesment, Industry analysis.3. Develop new suppliers/ vendors for competitive procurement, supplier performance analysis for award potential suppliers to build a strong and stable supply process.4. Formulate annual maintenance contract with the service vendors to ease up the service process and to harness the better service proposal from vendors to ensure zero breakdown for machinery or utilities.5. Follow up and carry out the various project and operational procurements within CAPEX & OPEX budget and timeline.#Commercial:1. Oversee the commercial activities for LPG import and export. Process implementation, cross functional activitives follow up To ensure ‘no over stock’ (zero vessel demurrage) and ‘no dry-out situation’ for LPG.2. Develop strategic direction and plans for the company with regard to commercial functions including constant & consistent supply of product (LPG Mix) and infrastructure design. 3. Negotiation with the the external stakeholders (C&F, Transport vendors etc) to standardize the cost elements for a sustainable COGS & minimal inventory cost.4. Follow up vendor payments so enhance vendor relatioship management.

• Ensure local and foreign material, machinery, spare parts support to the first ever cellular phone manufacturing industry in Bangladesh having annual production capacity 50 lakh handsets.• Foreign Sourcing, Vendor development and Procurement of the associated materials, capital machinery, tools, jigs as per requirements.• Material demand forecasting, shipment planning based on the production capacity and annual sales planning.• Monitor and coordinate the smooth import operation of the Production materials, finished goods, machinery, mould, tools, jigs according to timeframe.
