➢ To control the operation of production according to standard process steps ➢ To ensure that occupational safety and quality standarts are applied with the Line ➢ Improve process and equipment efficiency ➢ Optimising the production plan and manning ➢ To ensure the quality of the final product and to implement its standardization ➢ Reduce format conversion durations and ensure standardization ➢ Providing guidance, leadership, and coaching to the line staff in order to build their capability ➢ Identify Loss Gap in the process and take action to eliminate them (LGA) ➢ Implementing and reapplying Kaizen, Change Management, Change Over and Problem Solving steps in line ➢ To ensure that all IWS’s tools and steps are fully implemented in line team

➢ Responsible for design phases of washing machine door parts `Outer door plastic, inner door plastic, handle, sheet metal, door hinge` ➢ Project management for new OEM project, from starting to launching `Design phase, validation management, prototyping, customer orientation, documentation` ➢ Supplier orientation and plant orientation `Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Processing, Raw Material, DV & PV phases` ➢ DFMEA ➢ Sustainability Projects ➢ Benchmarking Responsibility, Kaizen, Poka-yoke Projects ➢ Cost Reduction Projects, Cycle Time Reducing ➢ BOM Management (SAP) ➢ CAPEX & Cost management
