As a country manager of the company, I am reporting to sales director of Mediterranean.My basic areas of responsibilities are as follows: Sales, marketing activity, disty management, rma, new product adaptation, press, competition analyses, customer relations, build up short&long term strategies, brand awareness.• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities in Turkey (channel and SI customers’ orders, all kind of advertisements, reseller events, trainings, PR, promotions, etc.)• Collecting general market information and sharing with management to drive general company strategy(Market trends, forecasts, business plans, competitor brands and price positioning, etc.)• Management of all distributors’ stocks and orders• Management of PR and press activities.• Investigation of new business opportunities (Channel management, adding new customers, retail channel relations, incremental sales activities etc.)• Establishing and driving reward-loyalty programs (Sapphire Selected Partner - SSP)• Improving and driving local RMA service & Technical support center• Establishing and driving all branding activities (Game tournaments & Surveys on web etc.)• Establishing and driving press reviews and awards

To be responsible for desktop PC’s and accessories(OEM products between 2005 and 2007); in terms of procurement, performance & price analysis, stock control, marketing and sales, Being responsible for new store openings in terms of all procurement activities for the new store, organizing the trainings of the new staff, designing the departments within the stores, Preparing feasibility studies along with cost and profitability analyses & turnover rates of the products, Define new product portfolio by choosing new brands & product families via forecasting, market research & vendor applications, To manage marketing activities of the related products, such as bundling, promotional activities, price reduction, marketing events, shock sales days, inserts, the interior & exterior clothing of the stores and designing the banners, Define the details of the contracts with vendors & distributors in terms of pricing, profitability, logistics, customer care, marketing support & availability, Setting the goals for the sales representatives based on the stock levels, upcoming products, sale ratios, price drops etc., Forecasting the sales ratios of the products based on local & international market dynamics, alternative products and upcoming technologies, Planning & organizing the training programs for the sales representatives, creating & executing the periodical tests regarding product information & technical skills, Assisting the customer care department in certain issues with vendors & distributors, Monthly visits to the Vatan stores to meet the store manager, audit the visibility of the products and department design, observe sales & technical skills of the sales representatives.

To configure tailor made hardware systems based on customer needs & price/ performance indicators, To be responsible for the active sales of all the product family within the company, To develop alternative sales channels through detailed market research, To compose the terms & conditions of the periodical technical support deals & to be responsible for executing them. Represented the company in international business fair; Expo 2001.
