Directed research and development activities related to these areas. Aksa Electric Group provides electricity distribution services in 2 licensed regions through its distribution companies and conducts electricity sales across Turkey by holding supply licenses, being responsible for the last resort supplier role in both of these regions.• Lead the strategic planning and execution of technology investments focusing on power quality, renewable energy, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, energy storage management systems and smart grid solutions,• Oversee the development and implementation of operational technology roadmaps, managing a CAPEX budget for technology enhancements,• Lead R&D initiatives, aligning project goals with corporate strategies and regulatory standards,
