Worked as a BA/PM for the implementation of the property/comps database project for the whole firm. Prepared a project plan and agreed it with the senior stakeholders within the firm and the software vendor. Some of the highlights of the project:Gathered and refined requirements from different teams and documented them. Completed the integration of the software with the internal and the external systems. Analysed the requirements against the functionality available within the software and identified the shortfalls and selected the teams which should be onboarded first. Had weekly meetings with the product vendor and clarified these requirements and added to their backlog where necessary to customise and develop the product further. Analysed the data held by these teams in spreadsheets, cleansed and enhanced it with the help of the data team and imported it into the system before onboarding the teams. Onboarded the Agency, Capital Markets and the lease consultancy team and facilitated the training for these teams. Prepared a roadmap for the onboarding, training and support of the remaining teams. Handed over the project to the newly hired full time project manager.

Valuation data was gathered from the front office risk management systems and trading spreadsheets and matched against the trade facts from a central trade repository. This data was consumed by various downstream systems used by Product Control IT, P&L analysis, Credit Risk Management, and operational functions such as Collateral Management & Client Valuations. A BA role working with FO cash equities. This was a highly visible role and I had weekly meetings with the head of the trading floor and IT and various other senior managers. This role also gave me the opportunity to work with the traders/sales traders and trade floor support, which enabled me to understand the cash equities business and working of the trade floor and the front office systems i.e. trade booking systems, execution management systems, position keeping and trading platforms, program/Algo trading and prop trading. I gathered requirements from external banking clients and acted as a bridge between the non-technical banking staff and internal technical teams.
