Put simply, I help individuals and teams solve problems and make decisions.I began my journey over 22 years ago by working for small and medium-sized IT companies and moving up the career ladder to corporate behemoths. Believe me when I tell you, I’ve experienced it all.I created Galvan8 in 2013 when I saw a demand for consulting services within large corporates. I’ve been learning, coaching teams, and facilitating ever since.As the founder and CEO of Galvan8, I specialise in facilitation, business consulting, negotiation, coaching, and training.I prefer to work with my clients on location, but I’m equally comfortable facilitating meetings, running workshops, and collaborating on calls with remote teams from my home office.My clients and I constantly learn from each other through the varied problems they present - the more complex they are, the greater my desire to accomplish them.
