Transducer technician[November 2021 - July 2022]• Trouble-shooting and repairing the transducers and thru-scan arms.• Helping with production of the transducers.Senior Assembly Technician[July 2022 - Present] • Working on the transducer production in different capacity. • Bonding crystals onto the glass rods. • Lapping the crystals to the desired frequency. • Doing different processes to ensure we get rid of spurious echoes which could cause issues later down the line. • Setting the rods into the housings with great precision. • Installing matching networks in the transducers to ensure that all transducers meet specifications and only good products are delivered to the customers.• Understanding systems being implemented, and executing them to help further the company's vision within the department.• Working with Supply Chain Team to make sure we know what we need to build and when it needs to be done by and scheduling accordingly.

Extreme o Perform various tests on Ethernet switches: X-bit test, I-bit test, and POE test. o Perform essential repairs including changing fans, POE boards and other components.Verifone o Perform data analysis to verify specifications adhere to the vendor’s specifications. o Report specification differences to software developers and track them to resolution. o Deploy the vendor’s operating system onto the card reader. o Log receipts of credit card readers into the receiving system for inventory accuracy. o Repair and test credit card readers to ensure proper functioning. o Train employees on protocols, procedures, and fundamentals of the role.T-Mobile o Perform various tests on RF transmitters including pretest, functional test, and burn-in test. o Perform essential repairs such as changing fans and other components.
