- Pull data from (APIs, SQL Server, Excel Files, SharePoint, etc.)- Clean and transform data (Power Query on Dataflows or Datasets)- Model relationships- Calculate and test measures (DAX)- Create and test charts and filters- Build user interfaces- Publish reports- Power BI licensing analysis and management- Workspaces and user access management- Alerts and subscriptions setup- Sharing permissions management- Leading the dialer support team to ensure smooth and efficient operations of dialing systems.- Managing dialing campaigns and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as TCPA and FDCPA.- Collaborating with IT and other departments to implement enhancements and upgrades to dialing systems.- Developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize collections while minimizing costs.- Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.- Formulating and executing collection strategies for both first and third-party accounts.- Conducting performance analysis and identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.- Evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance collection strategies and efficiency.
