During his career in Pakistan as well as abroad, Haseeb has served at Crescent Software Products Limited (USA), Central Depository Company of Pakistan, Sidat Hyder MorshedAssociates, Deloitte K-Electric Limited and Sui Southern Gas Company Limited.Currently as a Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Haseeb is providing leadership role for the strategic direction, governance and portfolio management of the mission critical digital transformation project involving business processes reimagining and transformation (of end-to-end corporate registration including licensing, enforcement, filing, compliance and supervision, adjudication and litigation, de-licensing for corporate, capital markets, insurance, NBFC and NGOs sectors) and replacing legacy systems and technologies with cutting edge technologies related to cloud native architecture solutions, micro services architecture and DevSecOps deployment. The project also includes implementation and support of next-generation Fusion SOC, XBRL for the electronic communication of business and financial data to internal stakeholders/regulators and Data lake warehouse as a single source of truth and future roadmap of AI/ML avenues for enterprise data, unstructured data, semi-structured data and social media content. With the 30+ integrations with other national systems, Haseeb is playing pivotal role in strategic decisions making, vendors and stakeholders operational and communication management, change management, incidents/problems management, services management and day to day technical development and support aspects.
