• Co-ordinating with Sales Manager to prospect, pitch & close new business.• Maintaining an extensive customer database to promote new sales and growth.• Dealing with customer enquiries, sending price quotes, following up prospect customers, problem solving, tracking customer orders, etc.

• Preparing product recipes and training the staff to follow the same. • Creating new flavors required as per festivities and other special occasions. • Ensuring HACCP standards are followed.• Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitization procedures.• Checking all kitchen appliances and equipment is serviced and operational.• Co-ordinating with suppliers for raw products and negotiating best prices with them.• Controlling food and labor costs.• Recruiting and training restaurant/ counter staff.• Dealing with and resolving customer complaints.• Maximizing all business opportunities to drive sales.• Preparing and maintaining expense sheets, daily reports, Inventory listing, Profit/ loss accounts, staff registers, etc.

• Preparing daily sales reports, customer feedback sheets, etc. • Assisting the finance Department with collections and reports.• Assisting junior employees when required.
