Communication And Reporting Officer
Current• Ensures information and data from the field are captured, documented, analyzed, and reported in time.• Provides effective communications, visibility, and knowledge management• Contributes substantially to the presentation & communication activities implementation process• Develops, implements and monitors polio communication activities visibility plan• Facilitates better understanding among partners about programme progress and adheres to End polio guidelines• Undertakes field visits to gather the information and results related to the programme• Assists all components of the programme in producing and documenting all kinds of programme-related reports• Provides high-quality editing and formatting for all programme-related documents• Supports programme staff in organizing and managing seminars, workshops, training and field visits, as required• Provides thorough progress reporting and continuous analysis of the achievements and facilitates project review• Contributes towards overall knowledge management, communications & reporting strategy• Ensures implementation of the work plan with weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual milestone• Provides relevant expert services to the project management unit, programme components and implementing partners
