Working with Ayala Consulting Group as Project Associate I was mainly responsible• To facilitate the work of the International Communication Specialist • To assist the Country Director and Team Leader in setting up meetings, field missions, preparing meeting minutes and day to day operations. • To assist the communication specialist in field • To design methodologies for collection of primary data, including sampling plan and tools for data collection, periodic studies, impacts assessments and interventions evaluations;• To Contribute in the writing studies/survey reports, design of tools and methodology, research questionnaire, sampling plans and the field level implementation; • To organize data collection in the field and to develop/ maintain a system of quality control; • Supervised data entry, data auditing, creating data reports & monitoring all data for accuracy; • Maintain a data repository of all investigated trends through database, and produced trend analysis of thematic areas;• Conducted focused group discussions and arranged key informant interviews and focus group discussion with community, BISP Staff• On need basis to facilitate the Resident Consultant (International Staff) in various design documents, operational manuals, guidelines etc.
