Current• Assist lawyers in firm’s Pension and Employee Benefits group in preparing and drafting various legal documents for clients.• Proofread and markup plan texts, trust agreements, and other plan contracts; i.e. investment management and subscription agreements and other pension and benefit plan service provider agreements.• Complete time entries and billing for lawyers.• Maintain and manage lawyers’ calendars, emails and general practice.• Maintain file management system.
