▪ Perform risk assessments on cloud change requests which require CyberSecurity review and approval. ▪ Monitor cloud security alerts and investigate whether threat notifications and control gaps require remediation action. ▪ Analyse the efficiency of cloud security alerts and propose refinements to reduce the volume of false positives. ▪ Support the GSOC team where needed with any required cloud security investigations. ▪ Support the CET Cloud Operations team with any required security related questions or issues. ▪ Support application teams with any required security related questions or issues. ▪ Support the monthly production of cloud security compliance metrics packs. ▪ Conduct periodic cloud security control exceptions recertification campaigns. ▪ Support the production of periodic cloud security control housekeeping reports and assist application teams who are responsible for remediation. ▪ Create cloud security operations runbooks to document the day-to-day processes that are performed.

▪ Monitor, Identify and report security incidents.▪ Prioritizes alerts or incidents and perform incident triage.▪ Security incident management.▪ Perform routine IT security checks on the managed systems.▪ Escalation to Level 2 or beyond and coordinate till the incident closure.▪ Endpoint detection and response systems monitoring.▪ Level 2 support to cloud app security alerts.▪ Experience in monitoring cloud environments and IAM. (AWS and Microsoft Azure)▪ Rule creation and fine tuning according to specific use cases.▪ Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.▪ Generate various reports on Service deliverables, SLA’s, KPI’s and other matrices for the respective projects.▪ Contribute to internal knowledge sharing sessions.▪ Provide other functions with support beyond scope of responsibilities in order to achieve common organizational goals▪ Undertake any other tasks requested by the Team Lead/ Line Manager
