- Ensuring prescribed configuration baselines are established & all changes to these baselines are formally managed.- To be involved in any network modeling and simulation to deliver Internet functionality.- Modifying configuration for any in-service network equipment (DSLAMs, switches, routers)- Upgrading the running software of network equipments to the latest releases.- Upgrading transmission links of TEData POPs according to bandwidth utilization and customer's requirements (E1, E3, STM-1)- Ensuring that Customer’s SLA in both terms Availability/Performance are meet according to TEDATA contracts.- Applying network policies, designs, models, and standards.- Plotting graphs for transmission links over MRTG.- DSLAMs: Huawei 510x and 560x, Alcatel ASAM, ISAM XD, ISAM FD.- Switches: Cisco 4948, 3560- Routers: Cisco 7206VXR, ASR 1004, Juniper M7i, M10i.

• Supervising new hires and trainees, to provide them with the training required for the job.• Working as the 3rd line of support (maintenance) for Etisalat ADSL customers.• Responsible for solving ADSL tickets in coordination with technicians team and Home Installation team.• Supporting technicians and Home Installation specialists in new installations at COs and at customers’ premises to keep SLA for new installations within the required time frame.• Acting as a 2nd line support – in case of technicians’ lack – trying to solve ADSL customers complains (which are customer’s side problem) as fast as possible to ensure SLA is not breached.• Prepare a daily plan with technician’s team leader and IT specialists’ team leader for new installations and complains escalated to Maintenance team.• Present a weekly report about ADSL department activities.• Developed the first SQL database in the department to record installation data instead of using paper work.• Developed an automated daily plan for technicians instead of using a manual method to assign daily tasks to technicians' team.

• Performing all soft configuration required on network devices, Huawei and Stinger ATM DSLAMs to ensure all customers requests are fulfilled on time• Technically support installation technicians team to ensure error free installations (supporting and evaluating more than 50 technicians and home installation specialist in ADSL installations.• Receiving customer complaints from the CRM and troubleshoot to ensure fastest fault recovery – worked as a 3rd line of support.• Perform ports test operations to verify healthy ports ready for installation.• Coordinate, in case of customer complaints, with the installation teams the customer visits required to ensure customer satisfaction.• Prepare and present POPs status reports to avoid critical levels of free ports.• Coordinate with technicians’ team leader the daily installations plan.• Present Monthly report about ADSL Department performance.• Contributed in producing the ADSL Department Manual - the 1st ADSL manual to be developed in the company.
