- Support client's overall accounting picture.- Understand client's needs and develop the accounting system to meetthe compliance requirements.- Coordinate with the programmers to develop the accounting software based on the governmentsrequirements and IFRS updates.- Advise the clients regarding any accounting support needs.

-Oversee and manage daily program-wide accounting and finance functions including timely recordingof transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, receivables, and payables.-Train and supervise finance staff in the program.-Maintain banking relations and plan and monitor cash flow requirements to ensure smoothimplementation.-Implement effective and efficient cash management procedures within the Erbil office; including pettycash management and banking structure management.-Prepare monthly reports to the Finance Director and Program staff as required, including expendituresby cost center/project and other financial information, in a timely and accurate manner and reconcilegeneral ledger files, account reconciliations, expenditures by cost center/project, as well as otherfinancial information in a timely and accurate manner.-Prepare financial reports and other ad-hoc requirements, for review by the Finance Director.-Continuously stay abreast with donor policies, procedures,rules and regulations.

-Managing all Finance and accounting according to the policy.

-Creating and processing invoices.-Cross-checking invoices payments and expenses to ensure accuracy Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.-Sending bills and invoices to clients.-Handling posting and accounting tasks through the accounting software.

-Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.-Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or statements.-Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
