Being the connecting link between the internal Lines of Business within SAP and the external stakeholders; the major Cloud providers like AS, Azure, GCP and AliCloud. I summon all demands across SAP, and run some analytics and reporting through some tools that would visualize the overall demand pattern. Also keeping a heads up for any events on the cloud that needs a swift action and coming up with work around and solutions whenever necessary

As part of the Multi Cloud Customer Success team, I am responsible for ensuring a safe migration journey of SAP Lines of Business to the cloud. On one hand, I am in contact with multiple LoBs as a first line of support, in addition with the rest of the Multi Cloud organization teams with respect to required fields on the migration phases. On the other, I am in contact with our peers in AWS, Azure, GCP and AliCloud.- Helping LoBs to assess their readiness to the cloud- Engaging with operations teams and architects teams on various migration topics and cloud discussions- Managing contacts and meetings within SAP and external Cloud vendors- Preparing and consulting on Public Cloud certificates- Peering with Cloud customer engineers in major cloud market leaders (AWS, Azure and GCP)- Working on legal and compliance topics which formulates SAP-Public Cloud providers' relationship- Working on Rightscale Optima cloud monitoring tool as a show-back tool for real time consumption analysis- Preparing and running cloud events for Multi Cloud teams and External Cloud providers

Sap Global Security Awareness and enablement team insures that all employees in SAP are ahead of all Security concerns, and act as the Human firewall for the company. I am responsible for creating education and enablement media that would enrich employee's knowledge, ranging from writing articles to visual animated media. Also monitoring Security trainings completion rates and following up on performances. as a part of my duties, I am assisting on launching security campaigns and events that would serve the enablement of security on the widest base.

Responsible for reporting and handling data for our SAP employees attending virtual classes to enhance their selling, performing negotiations and closing deals skills. Working with SAP systems and conducting statistical data to make sure all KPI's are met and whether we are under or over performing.

Preparing and issuing cash and credit invoices for gate in and gate out containers, applying appropriate tariffs and evaluating fees for certain container operations. Making a daily closing balance report sheet including the day’s total cash in, with detailed bank notes amounts.
