Managing and responsible for procurement & supply chain tasks related to company main products for Commercial, residential, Oil, Gas and Energy projects in Jordan. And focal point between overseas principals and local possible customers.Main tasks include:• Preparation of procurement and supply chain strategy based on the demand forecasting by inputs came from the company sales team. • Negotiate with the overseas suppliers about the technical & commercial proposals for the requested materials needed by company sales team. • Plan the strategy of logistic ensuring the deadline targets are met. • Tracking the delivery status for all ordered products locally and overseas.• Oversee the forecast & inventories in order to keep an accurate record. • Develop new & existing relationship with the suppliers.• Improve the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process.

Responsible for procurement of all materials and subcontracts at the most advantageous terms and conditions, taking into account quality, price and delivery. Sub-contract terms and conditions must be selected from the standard templates available in the QHSE system approved by the Corporate Office. And all tasks for the on-going projects in Riyadh Area Projects including:• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.• Evaluate the proposals comparison sheet issued by the procurement team.• Selecting the proposal within the budget and moving to the technical approval.• Sign and release the purchase order for the qualified vendor/supplier.• Sign and release the subcontract for some selected major items.• Coordination and issue the budget adjustment with estimation manager & project manager for the selected proposals which exceed of the budget.• Giving feedback of purchased material for all major ongoing project to project Managers for preparing project monthly reports.• Coordination with the financial manager for best & suitable final payment terms.• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.

Issuing the Purchase Order, tracks and expedites the supply, handles Inspections and delivery to site. providing the assistance in supplier-site co-ordination for site handling, storage installation and commissioning following the below task & duties:• Receiving the material requisition from the project team and check with store team the availability of the required material to order the balance material only.• Engage the possible supplier to get their offers and initiate the comparison sheet in order to raise and get the approval from the procurement manager to release the order to the selected supplier/vendor.• Prepare the contract for selected subcontractor and issue to procurement manager for signing and approval. • Expedite and follow all issued purchase order in order to meet the delivery deadlines.• Managing and monitoring the stock level at store and keep the materials available that enough to not meet the shortage levels.• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet the possible demand specially for the consumables materials.

Follow up all project Issues such as review shop drawings quantity surveying; material approvals and installation of mechanical systems in KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT Project. With the following tasks:Review and Installation of the Following System- Drainage System. (Toilets and Roof Drain)- Storm Water System. (Ductile Iron Pipe & Several Type of Valves)- Fire Fighting System. (Standpipe System & FM 200 System)- HVAC System. (Supply & Extract Ventilators & Duct Distribution System)- Chilled Water System. (Central System)

Follow up site progress and installation of various mechanical systems such as storm water system; swimming pool and external works such as Irrigation Systems in SARAYA AQABA PROJECT.
