Plans daily/weekly schedules and operating priorities for assigned team minimizing down time. Monitors labor and equipment reports.Ensures that team is producing at or above communicating production, quality, and safety goals.Ensures compliance with QA/QC, safety, environmental and cost of operations goals.Provides leadership in achieving health and safety goals. Proactively identifies safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance with Company and client standards.Maintains adequate and accurate inventory and daily status report to sustain the state of readiness of tools and equipment. Modify to fit location specific services & equipment. Helps in conducting periodic repairs, manages spare parts and equipment inventories.Works with Sales and other internal departments to communicate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Reports status of operational issues to operations manager ongoing basis. Provides direct support to sales and marketing as needed.Assists with establishing working standards for Upstream business.Undertake other related duties as required.

- Responsible for maintaining a safe environment when drilling through H2S, responsible for advising on safer practices when dealing with H2S and general safety.- Installs, inspects, repairs, and tests fire equipment, hydrostatic test equipment, and monitoring devices.- Conducts detailed visual inspections and system functional tests of various systems and equipment for the purpose of reporting any deficiencies and corrective action as well as recommendations to the customer.- Performs receipt, inspection, cleaning, servicing, reassembling and testing of various SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and other respiratory equipment and breathing air equipment in accordance with approved testing and service procedures.- Takes care in use of all sites specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment.
