-In Charge of operations and business development activities of GSM division.-Manage and coordinate activities of multi-disciplinary teams of work force around 200 persons including engineering design, civil activity, Electro-mechanical implementation, telecom installation and shelter integration facility.-Participate in setting strategy and tactics for each specific sales objectives for the company.-Budgetary assessment and planning to include forecasting.-Manage and develop principle accounts in order to generate maximum revenues for NESMA TELECOM at the appropriate margin levels. -Responsible for developing strong customer relationships-Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to leverage client's buying power and identify products and services cost savings.

-Managed and monitored the activities of site acquisition, civil activity, telecom installation, configuration, trouble shooting and sites' acceptance.-Involved in the Budget control management, supplier liaison, schedule management with contractors and ensured the implementation of contractual obligations as per its schedule at Motorola Mobility EMEA ( acquired by google ).

-Involved in the execution of several large projects of major telecom operator especially managed the projects' budget, follow up with vendors and contractors to fulfill their commitment in schedule.-Executed GSM Tower Optimization project for Telco operator network, inter departmental management between Operations and Maintenance department and implementations department of Major Telecom Operator.-Line of sight management for all client GSM sites, involving coordination between design team and contractors.

-Involved in the project management and implementation of all activities of PDH network operated by Saudi Telecom Company.-Direct involvement in managing and evaluating all activities of survey team, construction team and configuration & trouble shooting with Lucent team to launch the application of STC for the Video Wall.-Dealt with GSM sites for different Microwaves brands, survey, analysis, documentation and configuration.
