Key Role and Responsibilities:• Leading the field portion of process studies, trials, or modifications, taking measurements, making adjustments and collecting and compiling all relevant data for the purpose of evaluation, providing conclusions and/or determination of follow up action.• Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment performance, reliability, efficiency and effectiveness• Attend daily performance meeting with production and quality department to follow up and update of performance of the main equipment’s.• Summarize and analyze plant performance and process related issues through ‘’Process monthly reports.• Optimize the specific heat & power consumption as per group standard requirements.• Perform the necessary Audits of all Pyro line, Raw Mill and Cement Mills and define corrective actions.• Provide input for cost budgeting and forecasting and control of expenditures through identifying production bottlenecks and preparing technical solutions to overcome them in process.• Assist and advise the Environment Engineer in order to optimize and mitigate environmental emissions.• Advise the control of the efficiency of the process and process equipment.• Advise operation department the process solution that will optimize equipment & process efficiency. • Recommend and set operating parameters which will be used as SOP.• Conducting CRO operator’s evaluation on daily, weekly and monthly basis on the basis of key process parameters.• Set personal example with regard to group safety policy & standards implementation, create awareness by promoting and attending safety meetings.

Key role & Responsibilities: • Ensuring smooth and optimized operation with maximum production by daily monitoring CCR operation tracking key parameters and generating weekly and monthly reports. Pyro Section (Kiln, Pre-heater and Grate cooler)• Conducting Annual Audit of Pyro line to improve the system efficiency and Applying best practices of group to enhance system performance• Regularly tracking the volatile mapping against different fuel blends and raw mix to smooth the operation.• Regularly doing Root cause analysis (RCA) of any process failure e.g ball formation in kiln, cyclone plugging and kiln feed reduction. Defining action plans to avoid in future • As per process plan regularly conducting Pyroline Process measurement including Cyclone efficiency, Pre-heater thermography, False air, Cooler Optimization, Critical Process sensors Calibrations, Heat balance and material balance for the improvement of the system.Raw Mill and Coal Mill (Vertical Mill)• Regularly maintaining inspections of Vertical Mills and Separator, also ensuring annual Adjustment of Dam ring to optimize the bed through Roller and Table wear management.• Regularly maintaining the safe level of vibration, feed rate, Mill False air, Nozzle air velocity, plough, Main drive power, Mill delta P optimization.Cement Mills (Ball Mill)• Annually conducting Cement mill audits to know bottle necks in the system and to optimize overall performance of the mill regarding production and power consumption.• Follow up of mill operation on Auto control loop LUICE to optimize mill production and reduce power consumption.• Regularly following the ball charging (Media top up) for optimizing the mill power consumption and grinding efficiency.• Conducting Ball Mills internal inspection, Axial Test, Separator inspection/ventilation and efficiency, filling degree and mills ventilation on regular basis as per standard process plan
