Developed IoT and automated systems for solving several common industrial problems. Retrofitted the factories’ production lines and facilities with IoT systems that enabled supervisors to optimize the whole production process from batter to bite.During this time, I was involved in:1) Developing an image capturing system that saved product images passing on the conveyor belt for quality and order tracking purposes. Integrating this system with barcode scanning, computer vision and IoT saved 20% of the product orders that were lost on daily basis!2) Developing a chemical dosing machine for accurate feeding of chemicals in production batches3) Connecting the cold storage and ovens to the Internet in order to monitor temperature breaches and notify concerned people without any human effort. Developed an Android app that showed the historical and real-time temperature values of Cold storage and Ovens. This system not only helps in keeping an eye on the conditions of our freezers and ovens but also helps in solving problems immediately without too much complexity4) Retrofitting metal detector conveyor belts with an IoT system that forces the quality assurance and food safety teams to follow a safety protocol and also kept a data log of the process for ISO audit submissions
