My responsibilities include setting the strategic direction and harmonizing the processes and practices across the countries. Bringing the countries in the region abreast of the latest practices in term of employee compensation and benefits. Responsible for overseeing Annual Compensation cycles including Long Term Incentives, Annual Salary Review, International Expatriation Packages, Global Mobility, and MERCER (IPE3) Job Evaluation for the region. Currently reporting to Regional Head of Total Rewards AMEA (APAC & MEA)Major projects – Upscale the Recognition & Rewards program in the region using the technology platform provided by SuccessFactors. Policies and Benefits alignment among the counties across the region. Implementation of Total Rewards decision parameters. Ensuring 100% Data Quality along with IT HR in our Employee Central (SuccessFactors) for Total Rewards processes. Support the HR analytics team for the Strategic Workforce Planning for the MBS Cycle.

Looked after the HR matters of the Nestlé Pakistan - Maternal and Infant Nutrition Business and Wyeth Nutrition. The team is spread across Pakistan in all major cities. My main responsibilities include managing performance and career development, headcount planning, talent management and succession planning for the management and non-management groups. Also looked after recruitment for Corporate Sales Division in Nestlé Pakistan for a short duration.1. Embedded the performance and talent calibration process by bringing on board the business and field operations team which is spread across the market – through continuous coaching and conducting learning sessions for the team2. Developed and conducted the first ever Medical Delegates Assessment Centre along with the NIN Performance Development Team and Corporate Recruitment3. I have been part of major roll out activities for our Global Performance Management and Career Development, Talent Assessment and Succession planning processes for the Nestlé Pakistan Market.
