I turned the 10 New Jersey political clubs into county clubs that focused on supporting the union's organizing agenda, as well as community issues like immigration, in addition to political action. I created the annual SEIU Local 32BJ New Jersey District Member Leadership Conference in September 2012.

Established Neighborhood Political Clubs with colleagues in areas where 32BJ anticipated organizing non-union residential workers. I oversaw the member volunteer program for the New York Residential Division members who were interested in participating in the Pro Team. I ensured that shop steward trainings took place for Residential Division members. I also worked with the Security Division for the last six months of my tenure in the New York Metro District's member engagement team.

32BJ is a large multi-state property services union based out of NYC. The union grew from around 75,000 members in 2005 to around 140,000 in 2014.I lobbied federal, state, county, and municipal elected officials on behalf of 32BJ. I coordinated and managed the union's electoral political activities in New Jersey. Formulated political strategy for organizing campaigns, contract campaigns, and fight backs. Established and developed 10 political clubs throughout New Jersey during my tenure as the New Jersey Political Director for 32BJ. I organized the union's COPE fund/Political Action fund drive throughout New Jersey, and we signed up over 4,000 New Jersey District members to 32BJ's COPE Fund/Political Action Fund during my tenure as the New Jersey Political Director.
